Want to exchange or return your purchase? We are happy to help! Exchanges or returns are possible up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Exchanging or returning can be done quickly and easily by following the steps below:

1. send us an email to info@upgoods.shop
You will then receive return instructions from us.

2. you will receive a return adres from our customer support.

3. send your package back to a carrier of your choice within 14 days of receipt.

4. upon receipt of your return at our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 business days. Our returns department will keep you informed via email.

- Is the return free of charge?

The cost of return shipping is at your expense and depends on the courier service and the country you are returning the goods from.


- What are the return conditions?

Our return policy guarantees that you can return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

In addition, items purchased on sale cannot be refunded, only exchanged for a credit. Sale items can NOT be refunded under any circumstances, but only exchanged for a voucher.

Shipping charges for all orders are non-refundable.

- How long does it take to exchange a product?

If you indicate that you want to exchange a product when you register your return, we will begin processing it immediately. This allows us to ensure that your exchange is completed within a few days.

- What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?

Please inquire with customer service. We'll let you know when we expect to be able to deliver the product. If you have already returned the product and it is sold out, we will contact you and work together to find a solution.

- Where can I find my order number to register my return?

You can find your order number in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five digit code. If you did not receive this email correctly, our customer service team will be happy to help you.

- What should I do if a product is defective or damaged?

Unfortunately it sometimes happens that a product is damaged during transport or production. Of course we would like to clarify this with you. Please send a message to info@upgoods.shop with a picture of the complaint. Our customer service team will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible.

- What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?

Please remember to deliver your return within the 14-day return period. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, we offer you the option of exchanging the product for a replacement or a credit. Please ask our customer service team about the possibilities.

Note: Items purchased on sale are NOT refundable and can only be exchanged for a credit. Shipping costs are also deducted, these average 5-15 GBP. These are deducted from the total amount of the order.


- How long does a refund take?

We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible. Once we receive your return in our warehouse, we will strengthen it within 10 business days. You can see when the package arrived at our warehouse in the tracking number you received with your return. From that moment on, the 10 business days start. After the refund has taken place, you will be notified. Please note that it can take up to 3 days for the refund to be visible in your bank account.
